Shipping
We currently support World wide shipping. 

In and around South Africa shipping options at the checkout.

Shipping Option
We provide basic shipping in South Africa which takes 3-4 business days,

the parcel is only shipped after full payment have been received depending on your location within South Africa.  Should you need overnight local shipping,

Please contact us to arrange overnight shipping if an order is urgent.


Our Local shipping fees are as follows:
R110 for local or main cities (Optional at checkout).


Which Courier Services do you use?
The Courier Guy and Pudo for any local shipping.

All international parcels are sent with DHL unless you arrange

a pick up yourself.

 
Shipping terms and conditions
Once a parcel has been handed over to the couriers, they are responsible for your package and we do not take responsibility for delays. If you choose the shipping option on our check out it is your responsibility to make

sure you track your parcel.

While we take utmost care to ensure that your parcel or order is finished as soon as possible and packed neatly, We cannot guarantee that a package will never be late or undamaged. If you require shipping insurance on your package, Please contact us to make arrangements via email simoandco.shop@gmail.com.


If your package is late, please contact the shipping company in question and provide them with your waybill or tracking number.

We will try our best to assist where possible. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on any item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Additionally, should any products fail within 20 days due to defective manufacturing, they will be eligible for a return.

Items which show clear abuse or which have been used beyond a product's means, will not be eligible for return.

Additional non-returnable items:
*Gift cards

*Any form of Jewelry

*Custom items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

(if applicable)
* Items that have been used, and are undamaged will only be refunded 80% of the value.
* Items that have been opened but are unused, will only be refunded 90% of the value due to the packaging that needs replacing.
* Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account. For credit payout, please contact us.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at simoandco.shop@gmail.com and send your item to 35 Van Zyl Street, Musina, Limpopo, 0900


Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to 35 Van Zyl Street, Musina, Limpopo, 0900

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over R1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
